Business Process Manager - Finance & Controlling (f/m/x)
As a Business Process Manager Finance & Controlling (f/m/d), you analyze, design, and optimize global finance and controlling processes in close collaboration with the specialist department, IT and management worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global finance, controlling, and reporting processes
Early identification of trends and innovations in the area of finance and controlling, along with proactive process design
Content definition and support of digitalization projects in collaboration with the relevant departments
Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement
Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision-making materials
Support in the development of global policies and standards
Your profile:
Completed degree in business or economics with a focus on controlling, accounting, or reporting
Relevant professional experience in an international finance and controlling environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and a strong team spirit
