Responsibilities:
Personnel support: Independent handling of personnel administration from entry to departure
Contract and document management: Drafting of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates, and references
HR support: Competent contact person for employees and managers for all personnel-related questions, as well as involvement in personnel support and human resources measures
HR operations: Support with employee appraisals and target agreements, as well as with recruitment and onboarding processes
Data maintenance: Maintenance and updating of personnel master data in the HR system, as well as monitoring of deadlines and dates
Reporting: Creation and preparation of evaluations and statistics for HR reporting
Your profile:
Qualifications: Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources (e.g., human resources specialist) or a degree related to human resources management
Professional experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in operational human resources
Expertise: Good knowledge of labor law, in particular the Unfair Dismissal Protection Act, Maternity Protection Act, Federal Leave Act, Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act
Personality: Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work, strong service and team orientation, enjoyment of working with people, sense of responsibility, discretion, and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you
Working style: Independent, precise, and detail-oriented, able to keep track of several processes at once
Languages: Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
IT skills: Confident use of MS Office (especially Word and Excel), ideally experience with SAP or a comparable HR system
