Responsibilities:
Support with checking, assigning accounts, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
Assistance with monitoring payment flows and dunning procedures
Support with preparing advance VAT returns
Assistance with monthly account reconciliations, particularly in the intercompany area
Support with preparing monthly and annual financial statements
Your profile:
Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on finance and accounting, e.g., as a tax clerk (f/m/d) or insurance and finance clerk (f/m/d)
Initial experience in financial accounting, ideally in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Basic knowledge of national accounting (HGB) and corporate management is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally initial knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., SAP)
Business fluent German and good written and spoken English
