Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue through outbound calling, email campaigns, and relationship management. You will work closely with our sales team to identify qualified leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals while maintaining a professional and organized approach to your daily activities.
Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients to identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads
Qualify leads based on company criteria and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
Present product and service offerings to potential customers in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability
Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and follow-ups with prospects and clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity documentation
Collaborate with team members to share best practices, market insights, and sales strategies
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
Your profile:
**Required Qualifications:**
2+ years of experience in internal sales, phone sales, or telemarketing
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
Proven sales closing and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular office presence
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales environments
Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies
Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools
Track record of consistent sales performance and achievement
