We are looking for an R&D Project Manager (f/m/x) with a technical background to strengthen our RD PSB Support team - for international collaboration and exciting expatriate assignments at one of our subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
Leading development projects for new measurement systems from the idea to the series product launch
Coordination of a multidisciplinary project team according to our Product Development Process
Ensuring a requirements driven development and support in the elaboration of specifications, tests, documentation and reports
Active risk management
Planning, monitoring and controlling of project scope, time and budget
Pro-active stakeholder management and professional reporting of the project progress
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Interface between development team, project owner, production and external partners
Your profile:
Completed technical or scientific education (University of Applied Sciences, Technical University, or equivalent)
Preferably several years of experience in project management
Proactive and results-driven mindset paired with a hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary team
Very good command of English, spoken and written (C1/C2)
Very good command of German, spoken and written (C1/C2) is an advantage
Willingness to travel: 10-20%
Preferably willingness to spend several years abroad (1-3 years as an expatriate in GER, CH, or USA) at one of the Anton Paar Group's international subsidiaries following thorough onboarding at headquarters

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
