As an HR Business Partner (f/m/x), you act as a sparring partner to leaders, support them in strategic and operational HR topics and guide the full employee lifecycle. With your expertise, you ensure that great people build the foundation for great instruments.
Responsibilities:
Advising and sparring with managers on operational and strategic HR topics
Independently managing the entire recruiting process
Implementing and supporting personnel development measures
Supporting change processes, as well as team and organizational development
Co-designing and implementing HR projects and initiatives
Your profile:
Completed degree in Business Administration, Law or Engineering, preferably with a focus on HR
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner (f/m/x) in a technology- or industry-oriented environment, ideally including independent support of IT departments and recruitment of IT specialists
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication and advisory skills
Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality
Empathetic, integrative personality with a confident presence

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 4.300 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
