IT Project Manager Parental Leave Replacement (f/m/x)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality. Take an active role in shaping exciting IT projects within interdisciplinary teams and contribute your expertise in IT and process management.

This position is a temporary parental leave replacement until the return of the position holder, with the option of extension.


Responsibilities:
  • Planning, managing, and implementing IT projects - from requirements analysis to final acceptance
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
  • Responsibility for budget, timeline, quality, and risk management
  • Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Preparing project status reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Supporting the further development of internal project management processes and tools


Your profile:
  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in managing IT projects (traditional and/or agile)
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g. IPMA-based methods, PRINCE2, or Scrum)
  • Technical understanding and affinity for IT systems, software development, or IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
