IT Project Manager Parental Leave Replacement (f/m/x)
We are looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality. Take an active role in shaping exciting IT projects within interdisciplinary teams and contribute your expertise in IT and process management.
This position is a temporary parental leave replacement until the return of the position holder, with the option of extension.
Responsibilities:
Planning, managing, and implementing IT projects - from requirements analysis to final acceptance
Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
Responsibility for budget, timeline, quality, and risk management
Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Preparing project status reports, presentations, and documentation
Supporting the further development of internal project management processes and tools
Your profile:
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in managing IT projects (traditional and/or agile)
Strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g. IPMA-based methods, PRINCE2, or Scrum)
Technical understanding and affinity for IT systems, software development, or IT infrastructure
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Fluent German and good English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
