Experienced Professional for Measuring Device Assembly (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:
Independently assemble components and instruments based on detailed assembly instructions
Inspect assemblies and independently commission instruments
Calibrate and adjust our high-tech measuring instruments using standard liquids such as ethanol and silicone oils
Perform instrument testing in accordance with testing protocols
Identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes
Serve as deputy to the team leader, particularly in coordinating daily operations and supporting organizational activities
Your profile:
Completed technical education or training (apprenticeship, technical school, or higher technical college) in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Watchmaking/Time Measurement Technology
Strong manual dexterity and enthusiasm for working with precision mechanical components
Several years of relevant professional experience
High level of responsibility, precision, and commitment to quality
Perseverance and motivation to maintain a high level of accuracy, even during extended tasks
Initiative and enthusiasm for proactively tackling challenges and contributing ideas for process improvement

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 3.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That's why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
