Service Technician (Porto Alegres/RS)

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of a service technician will be:
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of laboratory and industrial equipment.
Carry out calibrations and qualifications in accordance with technical standards and applicable regulations.
Provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely.
Diagnose faults and propose efficient technical solutions.
Prepare technical service reports detailing performed interventions.
Train users on the correct operation of equipment.
Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
Your profile: Requirements:
Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
Experience with maintenance of analytical or industrial equipment.
Knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and IT.
Technical English (ability to read manuals and documentation).
Availability for frequent travel.
Valid driver's license.
Nice to have:
Previous experience with Anton Paar equipment or analytical instrumentation (will be a difference).
Knowledge of automation and control software.
Experience in customer service.
