Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, organization, and implementation of online and offline marketing initiatives
Collaborate on the design, coordination, and follow-up of marketing campaigns
Contribute to the planning, organization, and management of trade shows, customer events, conferences, and internal events
Assist with coordination with internal departments as well as external service providers and partner companies
Creating and formatting marketing materials, presentations, invitations, and other communication materials in accordance with the corporate design guidelines
Maintaining and updating content on digital channels and in marketing media
Assisting with the management and maintenance of marketing materials and promotional items
Assisting with research
Assisting with general organizational and administrative tasks within the marketing department
Your profile:
You have completed a business apprenticeship or training in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Ideally, you have some professional experience in marketing or in an administrative role.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills. In addition, you are open-minded, have strong communication skills, and are a team player.
Your profile is rounded out by an affinity for technology, an independent and organized work style, and a high level of commitment.
You are proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.
You are willing to travel occasionally for work.
You hold a Class B driver's license.
