Responsibilities:
Leading, motivating and continuously developing a team in the warehouse area
Responsible for organizing and continuously optimizing warehouse activities with the aim of ensuring safe, efficient and smooth operations
Ensuring the timely and accurate picking of all goods movements as well as carrying out SAP postings
Acting as a point of contact for organizational and technical questions and serving as a central interface to adjacent specialist departments
Actively supporting day-to-day operations and being responsible for inventories, stock checks and the consistent adherence to quality, safety and process standards
Your profile:
Completed training in warehouse logistics, such as an apprenticeship/final apprenticeship examination or technical college qualification, as well as several years of professional experience with a focus on materials and warehouse management
Experience in leading employees
SAP knowledge and experience with the Stock Room Management (StRM) or Warehouse Management (WM) modules and automated small parts warehouses are an advantage
Strong team orientation and enthusiasm for leading and coordinating your own team
Excellent German skills and English skills are an advantage
Valid forklift license
