Work Preparation Specialist (f/m/x) -
Would you like to use your structured way of working to ensure smooth processes in our assembly operations? Join our Work Preparation team and help create the organizational framework for efficient assembly.
Responsibilities:
Preparing, printing, and providing production documents and labels
Handling order completion and order settlement
Processing and clarifying deviations in close coordination with Production Planning and Manufacturing
Creating, maintaining, and optimizing routings and bills of materials (BOMs) in SAP
Your profile:
Completed technical or commercial education (e.g. apprenticeship, commercial college, technical college), ideally with a focus on production, logistics, or work preparation
Previous experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
Good SAP skills, particularly in PP and MM, or experience with other ERP systems is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Structured, accurate, and independent way of working
Strong sense of quality and responsibility
Good organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple orders simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 2,800,-- (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That's why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
