As a Business Process Manager Service (f/m/x) you analyze, design, and optimize global service processes in close collaboration with specialist departments, IT, and managers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Continuous development, documentation, and optimization of global service processes to increase efficiency and competitiveness in sales
Early identification of trends and innovations in the service area and proactive process design accordingly
Conceptual definition and support of digitalization projects in close collaboration with the business department (including the introduction of a new global CRM tool)
Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement
Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision papers
Support in the development of global guidelines and standards
Your profile:
Completed degree in business administration or economics, with a focus on Marketing, International Management, Sales, or a comparable field
Relevant professional experience in an international service environment
Strong user-level knowledge of at least one common CRM tool, such as Salesforce, SAP or MS Dynamics (knowledge of SAP SD is an advantage)
Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to work in a team
Willingness to travel
