At Anton Paar India, we are responsible for the distribution process, including sales, service, customer and application support, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
Crafting marketing strategies including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual plans for the Marketing department
Set, monitor and report on team goals
Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
To derive marketing measures in order to achieve defined pipeline generation goals
To implement global/local campaigns and product launches in close cooperation with Sales
To ensure Corporate Design (CD) and Corporate Identity (CI) conformity of all created and used marketing materials
Establish & manage relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers
Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities
Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams to define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that - o Promote the products and services o Enhance brand awareness in the digital space o Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue
Ensure all marketing expenses are within the determined budget
Any other tasks as assigned by the management
Your profile:
7+ years of relevant experience in online/digital marketing (in a B2B environment) Strong project management skills Strong organization and analytical skills Master's degree in management/marketing will be an advantage
