Gardener Parental Leave Replacement fixed term (f/m/x)
To maintain and enhance our headquarters in Graz, we are looking for a dedicated Gardener (f/m/x) who will care for our indoor and outdoor areas with attention to detail and a true green thumb.Become part of our committed team and help our working environment flourish!
This position is a fixed-term, part-time role (20 hours per week) as a parental leave replacement until the return of the position holder, with the option of extension.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance and design of the outdoor areas surrounding the company building
Soil cultivation and plant care with a focus on ecological aspects
Carrying out plant protection and fertilization measures
Plant care inside the buildings
Decoration of common areas
Your profile:
Completed training as a gardener (f/m/x) or comparable qualification
Experience in horticulture, flower care, and soil management
Enjoyment of working outdoors and an eye for detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Experience in maintaining the outdoor areas of a company building is an advantage

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 2.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
