Junior IT System Administrator (f/m/x)
Join our IT team in Application Management and support the maintenance and further development of IT applications used in production and engineering. You will actively contribute to digital projects aimed at modernizing and interconnecting our manufacturing systems. We offer structured onboarding as well as opportunities to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Support the administration and maintenance of IT applications in production and engineering environments
Contribute to digitalization and smart factory projects
Assist in operating servers, interfaces, and connected systems
Support the integration of production equipment
Participate in 2nd-level support and troubleshooting
Create and maintain basic technical documentation
Your profile:
Completed IT education/training; initial practical experience is an advantage
Strong interest in IT applications and digital solutions in manufacturing environments
Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration
Fundamental understanding of networking (e.g., firewall, routing)
Very good German and English language skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 2.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That's why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
