Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative for Extrusion and Texturizing Equipments to join our organization in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between our technical capabilities and our clients' operational needs. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify customer requirements, present tailored equipment solutions, and drive revenue growth within the extrusion and texturizing equipment market. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze complex customer challenges and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the extrusion and texturizing equipment sector across Mexico City and surrounding regions
Conduct technical assessments of customer operations to understand equipment needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product specifications, performance data, and customization options to clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability and company standards
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product positioning and sales strategies
Prepare detailed sales proposals that address specific customer requirements and technical specifications
Track sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting using CRM systems
Provide post-sale technical support and follow-up to ensure customer success and identify upselling opportunities
Stay current with industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in extrusion and texturizing equipment
Your profile:
Proven sales experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related technical sectors (minimum 3-5 years)
Strong technical knowledge of extrusion processes, texturizing equipment, and manufacturing operations
Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical specifications to diverse audiences
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients at all organizational levels
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
Knowledge of Mexican industrial market and regional customer base (preferred)
Experience with equipment customization or technical sales support (preferred)
Familiarity with industry standards and certifications related to extrusion and texturizing equipment (preferred)
