As part of our dedicated customer support team, you will play a central role in providing 2nd level technical support and independently repairing complex devices and assemblies. You will act as a technical interface between internal departments, international service companies, and customers, making a significant contribution to ensuring our service quality.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and processing of complex problems in 2nd Level Support
Independent fault diagnosis on electronic and mechatronic assemblies
Carrying out maintenance, repair, and restoration work in-house as well as on-site if necessary
Technical support for our international sales and service companies in escalation cases
Documentation of service cases and repair processes
Creation of structured fault analyses and technical reports
Maintenance and further development of the knowledge database
Creation and preparation of technical documentation, training materials, and e-learning content
Conducting technical training for internal colleagues and international service partners
Your profile:
Completed training in the field of mechatronics or electronics
Several years of experience in technical support (ideally 2nd level) or in a service environment
In-depth knowledge in the analysis and troubleshooting of electronic disruptions
Proficient in MS Office
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability
Very good German skills and good English skills in both spoken and written form
High service orientation, confident demeanor, and clear expression ability
Independent, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working
