IT Department Manager Supply Chain Systems (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:
Functional and disciplinary leadership of a 10-member IT team
Strategic development of our SAP-based supply chain systems (especially SAP MM, PP, WM, MMD)
Design and optimization of process digitalization in close collaboration with Production, Logistics, and international sites
Management of change requests and participation in national and international projects
Sparring partner for management and business departments in digitalization initiatives
Ensuring stable and future-ready system operations
Your profile:
Completed education with a focus on Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a globally operating company
Leadership experience
Strong SAP expertise combined with a solid business acumen
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Hands-on mentality with the ability to proactively manage operational tasks in a solution-oriented manner

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 5.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
