Join our Order Processing team and take responsibility for the accurate and timely handling of national and international customer orders. In this role, you ensure smooth order execution from quotation to invoicing, support export and documentary business processes, and contribute to high-quality customer service in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities:
Create quotations and customer orders in SAP in accordance with commercial guidelines (Incoterms, payment terms, pricing conditions) and send order confirmations
Create deliveries in SAP and provide picking lists and delivery labels to the relevant departments
Maintain and update SAP master data (customer/debtor accounts)
Monitor incoming payments and release deliveries requiring prepayment
Ensure timely invoicing and shipment organization, including handling of Cash Against Documents (CAD) and Letters of Credit (L/C)
Prepare and submit complete and compliant documentation for documentary transactions to banks on time
Apply for bank guarantees in accordance with contractual terms
Process returns, post goods receipt, and coordinate repair-related shipments
Maintain commissions, execute retroactive commission splits, and perform monthly commission billing for subsidiaries and partners
Archive order-relevant documents and invoice internal Finance orders
Your profile:
Completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally with a specialization in export logistics or a related area
Several years of hands-on experience in order and export logistics, preferably in an industrial, global business environment
Understanding of international trade processes and documentary business (CAD/L/C)
Proficient in SAP SD and CRM systems, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus
Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style, high level of accuracy and reliability, with strong organizational skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team
