Department Manager Focus on Adhesive Technology (f/m/x)
Lead our electromechanical precision manufacturing into the future and secure the long-term success of our production site in Graz together with a dedicated management team! Attention to detail, technical expertise, the exceptional skills of our employees, and state-of-the-art production already form the foundation for lasting success today.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and development of a production team (2 team leaders and 13 employees)
Responsibility for the department's scheduling, quality, and efficiency targets
Active design and optimization of processes, workstations, and production layouts
Ensuring qualification levels and workforce flexibility through continuous development of the qualification matrix
Transition of new products into series production, including employee training
Technical and commercial preparation of investments
Close collaboration with technical work preparation and production planning/control
Your profile:
Completed education in Mechatronics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Production Engineering (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a production-related environment
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 4,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
