Anton Paar GmbH is a globally renowned manufacturer of high-precision laboratory instruments with extensive in-house development and production. To ensure smooth internal material supply, strong logistics in goods receipt and warehouse management are essential. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a responsible and well-organized person who will actively contribute to the operational management of our warehouse areas.
Responsibilities:
Leading and further developing the team, with a focus on people management, process optimization, and efficient picking and warehouse management, including SAP goods movements
Serving as the point of contact for organizational and technical questions in the area of warehouse management, as well as the interface to production and assembly
Training and providing professional support to new employees
Supporting operational staff scheduling and vacation planning
Conducting inventories and stock counts to ensure accurate warehouse balances
Willingness to provide cross-team support within warehouse logistics and to actively contribute within one's own area of responsibility
Active involvement in day-to-day operations as well as cross-team support within warehouse logistics
Your profile:
Completed training in warehouse logistics (e.g. apprenticeship, technical college) combined with several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on materials management / warehouse management
Experience in team leadership
SAP knowledge; experience with the Stock Room Management or WM modules is an advantage
Strong quality awareness as well as an independent and responsible way of working
Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of coordinating one's own team
Excellent German skills; English skills are an advantage
Valid forklift license

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 3.450 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
