Responsibilities:
Head responsibility for complex development projects, from the idea through the development phases up to product launch
Independent planning, controlling and monitoring of project objectives with regard to project scope, resources and budget
Ongoing progress monitoring with structured reporting
Ensuring a systematic, requirements-driven product development
Identification of potential risks, derivation of countermeasures and ongoing risk assessment
Proactive stakeholder management at all levels
Leading interdisciplinary project teams with lateral leadership skills
Your profile:
Completed technical degree or completion of a technical college with relevant professional experience
Several years of relevant professional experience in project management
Sound technical background
Strong technical and organizational problem-solving skills
Knowledge in requirements management is an advantage
Hands-on mentality
Ability to lead a project team laterally
Willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style, high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
