From recruiting and onboarding to coordinating a wide range of HR topics, you will help ensure smooth processes and a positive employee and candidate experience. Responsibilities:
Supporting HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational HR activities throughout the entire employee life cycle
Independently managing the recruiting process for selected positions
Coordinating and publishing job postings as well as organizing and scheduling appointments throughout the recruiting process
Handling the administrative aspects of the hiring process, such as collecting documents, maintaining systems, and coordinating processes
Independently coordinating and managing summer internships, from identifying requirements and supporting the selection process to providing organizational support
Organizing and supporting onboarding events
Supporting personnel development initiatives and the talent management process
Supporting employer branding activities and career fairs
Preparing reports and analyses
Creating and coordinating HR documents and confirmations
Editing and continuously updating HR documentation and manuals
Contributing to the further development and optimization of HR processes
Your profile:
Completed commercial education, such as a business college, vocational school, apprenticeship with a commercial focus, or a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in an organizational, coordinating, or administrative role, ideally in an HR environment
Interest in Human Resources and enjoyment in working with different people
Basic knowledge of key HR processes and employment law is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office and a strong affinity for systems
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in coordinating several topics simultaneously
High service and solution orientation as well as a professional manner
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly, respectfully, and appropriately to different target groups
Structured, accurate, and independent working style
Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive information

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 2.960 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
