Responsibilities:
Contribute to strategic and operational projects in an international business environment
Support senior management in driving key business initiatives and organizational priorities
Independently manage sub-projects and gradually take ownership of larger initiatives
Analyze business, market, operational, and company data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and decision documents for executive management
Act as an interface between management and cross-functional teams across the organization
Support the C-Level in strategic, organizational, and administrative matters
Participate in training and development programs designed to prepare you for future leadership roles
Your profile:
Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a strong technical affinity and sound technical understanding, or a completed degree in a technical discipline with solid foundation in business administration and economics
Initial experience in an industrial, technology-driven, or international business environment through internships, project work, or a first professional role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and independent working style
Hands-on mentality, strong execution skills, and a high level of ownership
Business acumen and affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and process improvement
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to different stakeholders
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
High willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as well as readiness to undertake extended assignments abroad, as part of your leadership development within Anton Paar

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 3,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
