Expert in Technical Work Preparation (f/m/x)
As a seasoned expert, you oversee production master data, advanced feasibility assessments, process and inspection planning, cost analyses and corrective actions. Your deep machining knowledge ensures stable, efficient and cost-aware manufacturing workflows.
Responsibilities:
Creation and maintenance of production-relevant master data for manufacturing
Preparation of technical and economic feasibility analyses based on demand notifications
Definition of the manufacturing process, including inspection planning
Preparation of preliminary and final cost calculations, variance analyses, and corresponding corrective actions
Creation, review, and implementation of product changes
Development and implementation of manufacturing-optimizing and cost-reducing measures (
Preparation of ad-hoc make-or-buy decisions
Your profile:
Completed training in a metalworking profession with a focus on machining
Ideally, professional experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of interconnected processes, analytical thinking, and cost awareness
SAP user skills (SAP modules: Production Planning and Materials Management)
Proficient use of MS Office
Excellent German skills and good English skills
Hands-on mentality, careful and responsible working style, and enjoyment of working in a team

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 3.550 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
