Anton Paar ShapeTec manufactures precise, highly complex, and often safety-critical parts and assemblies of the highest quality. To ensure this level of quality, we are currently looking for a professional with extensive, long-standing experience in metrology and quality inspection.
Responsibilities:
Setup, programming, and measurement of in-house manufactured mechanical components using coordinate measuring machines (CMM), form, and contour measuring devices
Execution of inspection and measurement tasks within quality assurance
Preparation and processing of measurement reports and first article inspection reports
Performing in-process inspections during production
Contributing to corrective actions and continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives
Your profile:
Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, preferably with a focus on machining technology
Excellent knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience in using measurement equipment (CMM, form, contour, surface, and optical measuring devices)
Professional experience in quality control and assurance within a production environment
Independent and self-reliant working style
Organizational skills and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work flexible hours (two-shift operation)

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at 2,949 gross per month (excluding overtime).
