AI Developer Requirements & Service Integration (f/m/x)
As an AI Developer, you will develop intelligent AI agents and modern AI services to support requirements engineering, software integration and business processes. You will work on production-oriented solutions and actively drive the use of advanced AI technologies within Business IT.
Responsibilities:
Development of AI agents and agentic workflows to support requirements engineering, specification and software integration
Design and implementation of AI-based services for the analysis of documentation, corporate data and existing IT systems
Development of production-oriented AI solutions and implementation of modern agentic AI technologies, such as tool calling, MCP, retrieval and workflow orchestration
Contribution to proof of concepts and MVPs as well as analysis, documentation and continuous optimization of AI services and integrations
Collaboration with business departments to identify and implement AI use cases
Your profile:
Completed education in computer science, software engineering or a related field
Several years of experience in software development, ideally with Python or TypeScript
Practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI as well as their integration via APIs
Knowledge of developing agentic AI systems, including tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration and multi-step processes
Experience with common agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI or comparable technologies
Confident use of cloud platforms, container technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD processes
Understanding of AI evaluation, quality assurance, security and data protection in the productive use of AI solutions
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 3.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
