To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated professional to lead cross-functional IT projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
Independently lead and manage national and international IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Plan, coordinate and implement digitalization and transformation projects in close collaboration with internal business departments and external partners
Take responsibility for project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and quality
Facilitate workshops, align with stakeholders and ensure transparent project communication
Support the continuous development of project management standards, methodologies and best practices
Your profile:
Completed education (university, university of applied sciences, or HTL with relevant professional experience) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Project Management, or a comparable field
Several years of experience managing complex IT projects, ideally within an international industrial environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with both traditional and agile project management approaches
Excellent organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders
Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 3.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
