To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an engaged professional to support and manage cross-functional IT projects from initial concept through successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
Independently coordinate and manage national and international IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Plan, coordinate, and implement digitalization and transformation projects in close collaboration with internal business units and external partners
Support the management of project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality
Facilitate workshops, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure transparent project communication
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
Your profile:
Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field (university degree, university of applied sciences degree, or HTL qualification with relevant professional experience)
Initial experience in managing or coordinating IT projects, ideally in an international industrial environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with both traditional and agile project management approaches
Excellent organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 3.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
