HR Business Partner (f/m/x) -- Technology & Recruiting

Responsibilities:
Advise and act as a sparring partner for managers on operational and strategic HR topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Independently manage and execute the entire recruitment process
Develop and implement targeted HR measures based on the strategic and operational objectives of the respective business areas
Plan, implement, and support employee development and talent management initiatives
Professionally support change processes as well as team and organizational development
Actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
Your profile:
University degree in business, law, engineering, or a related technical field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
Sound technical understanding or a strong affinity for technology, combined with a willingness to further develop this knowledge through relevant training and professional development
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner (f/m/x), ideally within a technology-driven or industrial environment
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Strong communication and consulting skills, with a genuine interest in acting as a sparring partner for managers
Strategic and solution-oriented mindset combined with strong execution skills and a hands-on approach
Empathetic and collaborative personality with a confident professional presence and a strong understanding of people and organizations

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That's why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
