Depending on your experience, qualifications, and interests, you will join one of our Quality Assurance teams, focusing on either mechanical or electronic components.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and approve purchased mechanical or electronic components according to technical specifications
Handle supplier complaints in close cooperation with internal departments and international suppliers
Analyze defects and support root cause analysis as well as the implementation of sustainable corrective actions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection methods, quality standards, and quality processes
Document and evaluate quality data and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Your profile:
Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
Initial experience in quality assurance, incoming goods inspection, or complaint management is an advantage
Confident in reading technical drawings, specifications, and working with measuring equipment
Structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality
Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
Enjoy working collaboratively across departments and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes

We offer fair and competitive compensation based on the Austrian collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, adjusted to the regional labor market in Styria. The minimum salary for this position is 3,500 gross per month (full-time). At Anton Paar, personality, expertise, and experience matter more than rigid requirements. Your actual gross salary will be determined individually, and your qualifications will naturally be recognized with a corresponding overpayment where applicable.
