Anton Paar Italy is the direct subsidiary of Anton Paar GmbH, headquartered in Graz, Austria, and serves as the national reference point for the sales and technical support of Anton Paar customers throughout Italy.
Responsibilities: The HR Recruiter will join the HR Department of Anton Paar Italy and, working alongside the HR team, will support the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities include:
Publishing job advertisements on the company website;
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter;
Managing applications within the internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System);
Conducting screening interviews;
Preparing and maintaining recruitment reports and documentation to support the selection process.
Your profile:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
Previous experience in Recruiting will be considered a plus;
English language proficiency at B1 level or above;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
