In this position, you will gain comprehensive insights into the diverse areas of our internationally operating high-tech company. As part of a practice-oriented technical trainee program, you will be systematically prepared for a future leadership or expert role in engineering, project management, or product management.
A diverse training and development program, independent involvement in national and international projects, and regular feedback sessions will support you in developing your professional and personal skills and gradually taking on greater responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Work on a variety of technical and organizational topics, such as supporting budget planning and audits as well as preparing analyses and presentations
Independently manage and coordinate technical projects in a national and international environment
Act as an interface between internal departments and international subsidiaries
Contribute to technical and organizational topics, particularly in the areas of:
Product Management
Project Management
Technology Transfer
Quality Standards and Quality Management
Take on organizational and administrative tasks as part of the trainee program
Your profile:
Completed university degree in engineering, technology, natural sciences, or a related field (University of Applied Sciences or University)
Additional qualification or education in business or economics is an advantage
Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking combined with an independent, structured, and committed approach to work
Initial professional experience in an international industrial or corporate environment is an advantage
Strong hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for taking on responsibility
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to different target audiences
High willingness to travel internationally and to undertake extended assignments abroad

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is 3.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
